• Target Raise Amount: 600 ETH

• Sale Model: Capped

• Accepted payment: ETH

• Listing Price: 0.03 ETH

  • Synthswap: Raise in ETH on zkSync Era
  • Zyberswap: Raise in ETH on Arbitrum One
• Discount: 10% for eligible $ZYB stakers (at least one of the following criteria):

  • Stake 250 ZYB in the 7-day Vault

  • Stake 150 ZYB in the 30-day Vault

  • Stake 100 ZYB in the 90-day Vault

Discount can be applied only on Zyberswap platform!

Claiming of tokens will be possible only on Synthswap (with the same wallet address).

Public Sale Model

The Public Sale will be divided into 3 phases.

If less than 600 ETH is raised, all users will be refunded with the same amount they have invested.

Listing Price is fixed at 0.03 ETH!

1st Phase - Raised Amount (0 ETH - 150 ETH)

Number of Available Tokens: 10,000

Price of $SYNTH: 0.015 ETH

Vesting: 20% TGE, 2 weeks cliff, 50% unlocked as SYNTH over 6 weeks and 30% as xSYNTH

Example: If you invest 1.5 ETH in this 1st Phase, you will get EXACTLY 100 $SYNTH tokens.

2nd Phase - Raised Amount (150 ETH - 350 ETH)

Number of Available Tokens: 10,000

Price of $SYNTH: 0.020 ETH

Vesting: 40% TGE, 2 week Cliff, 30% Unlocked as xSYNTH, 30% Linearly unlocked as Synth for 4 weeks

Example: If you invest 1.5 ETH in this 2nd Phase, you will get EXACTLY 75 $SYNTH tokens.

3rd Phase - Raised Amount (350 ETH - 600 ETH)

Number of Available Tokens: 10,000

Price of $SYNTH: 0.025 ETH

Vesting: 60% TGE, 2 week Cliff, 20% Unlocked as xSYNTH, 20% Linearly unlocked as Synth for 4 weeks
